Pinpoint Test AK : The Off Road Display Is Inoperative (If Equipped)

- AK1 VERIFY THE IPC IS SET TO THE OFF ROAD DISPLAY SCREEN
- Ignition ON.

NOTE: The IPC and message center navigation can be found in the Owner's Literature.
Using the message center controls, make sure the IPC is set to the off road display screen.
Is the IPC set to the off road display screen?
Yes GO to AK2. No The off road display is operating correctly. The IPC was not set to the correct display screen. - AK2 CHECK THE SPEEDOMETER FOR CORRECT OPERATION
- Verify the speedometer operates correctly.
Does the speedometer operate correctly?
Yes GO to AK3. No GO to Pinpoint Test D . - AK3 CHECK THE 4WD (4X4 A, 4X4 H Or 4X4 L) INDICTORS OR RECONFIGURABLE TELLTALES (RTTS) FOR CORRECT OPERATION
- Operate the vehicle in 4WD mode.
- Verify the 4WD (4X4 A, 4X4 H Or 4X4 L) indicators or Reconfigurable Telltales (RTTs) are illuminated.
Does the appropriate 4WD (4X4 A, 4X4 H Or 4X4 L) indicator or Reconfigurable Telltale (RTT) illuminate?
Yes GO to AK4. No GO to Pinpoint Test AN . - AK4 PERFORM THE IPC SELF-TEST
- Using a diagnostic scan tool, perform the IPC self-test.
Are any DTCs recorded?
Yes REFER to DTC Chart: IPC . No
