Transmission Fluid Auxiliary Hydraulic Pump, Removing And Installing: Installing

Tightening specifications, refer to OVERVIEW - ATF SYSTEM .

Connect the connectors -2 and 3- for the wire -1- correctly in the transmission housing.

NOTE:

Do not use connectors interchangeably.

The wire -1- is portrayed here for a removed Mechatronic, therefore -4, 5 and arrows- are ignored.

-- Carefully and without any aids, replace the O-ring -D- on the Transmission Fluid Auxiliary Hydraulic Pump 1 -V475-.

NOTE:

The Transmission Fluid Auxiliary Hydraulic Pump 1 -- be replaced if the O-ring seat is damaged or scratched.

-- Insert the Transmission Fluid Auxiliary Hydraulic Pump 1 -- with a new O-ring -D-.

-- Tighten the bolt in the following sequence: -1 to 3-.

-- Connect the connector -B- to the Transmission Fluid Auxiliary Hydraulic Pump 1 -V475- -A-.

NOTE:

Make sure the connector locks and is secure.

-- Route the wire -C- according to the illustration and secure it -arrows-.

-- Install the ATF filter, refer to ATF FILTER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Install the ATF pan, refer to OIL PAN, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Fill the ATF, refer to ATF, DRAINING AND FILLING .
