Balance Shaft Roller Bearing, Replacing

Special tools and workshop equipment required

-1- Puller - Kukko Internal - 20-30mm 21/4
-4- Puller - Kukko Counterstay 22/2
Seal Installer - Selector Shaft Oil Seal T10174

Procedure

-- Remove the radiator, refer to RADIATOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the balance shaft, refer to BALANCE SHAFT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the ball bearing with Puller - Kukko Internal - 20-30mm Kukko 21/4 and Puller - Kukko Counterstay 22/2.

-- Attach a roller bearing and install it carefully with the Seal Installer - Selector Shaft Oil Seal T10174 until it is flush in the cylinder head.

-- Install the balance shaft, refer to BALANCE SHAFT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Install the radiator RADIATOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
