Installation [08/2013 - ]

  1. INSTALL REAR DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP LH 
    1. Align the alignment mark (orange) on a new rear door opening trim weatherstrip LH with the protruding portion on the body indicated by the arrow in the illustration, and install it.

      *1 Alignment Mark (Orange)
      NOTE:

      After installation, check that the corners fit correctly.

  2. INSTALL REAR DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP RH 
    1. Align the alignment mark (white) on a new rear door opening trim weatherstrip RH with the protruding portion on the body indicated by the arrow in the illustration, and install it.

      NOTE:

      After installation, check that the corners fit correctly.

  3. INSTALL FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP LH 
    1. Align the alignment mark (blue) on a new front door opening trim weatherstrip LH with the protruding portion on the body indicated by the arrow in the illustration, and install it.

      NOTE:

  4. INSTALL FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP RH 
    1. Align the alignment mark (pink) on a new front door opening trim weatherstrip RH with the protruding portion on the body indicated by the arrow in the illustration, and install it.

      NOTE:

      After installation, check that the corners fit correctly.

  5. INSTALL ROOF HEADLINING ASSEMBLY 
    1. Install the 3 clips to the roof headlining assembly.

      *1 Clip (Black)
      *2 Clip (White)
    2. Put the roof headlining assembly into the vehicle through the rear door as shown in the illustration.

      NOTE:

      Do not damage the roof headlining assembly or body interior.

    3. Engage the guide.

      *A w/o Telephone Antenna *B w/ Telephone Antenna
      *1 Clamp *2 Fastener
      *3 Guide - -
      *a Front Pillar LH *b Front Pillar RH
      *c Rear Pillar RH *d Sliding Roof Drive Gear Sub-assembly
    4. Engage the 3 clips to install the roof headlining assembly.
    5. Engage the 12 claws and 11 fasteners.
    6. Connect the 3 connectors and engage the 3 clamps to the front pillar LH.
    7. Engage the 2 clamps to the front pillar RH.
    8. w/o Telephone Antenna:
      1. Connect the connector and engage the clamp to the rear pillar RH.
    9. w/ Telephone Antenna:
      1. Connect the 2 connectors and engage the clamp to the rear pillar RH.
    10. Connect the connector to the sliding roof drive gear sub-assembly.
    11. w/ Lane Departure Alert System:
      1. Connect the connector to the lane departure warning camera.
    12. w/ Rain Sensor:
      1. Connect the connector to the rain sensor.
    13. Connect the connector to the humidity sensor.
    14. Connect the connector to the inner rear view mirror assembly.
  6. INSTALL VISOR HOLDER 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure for the other visor holder.

    1. Engage the 2 claws.

    2. Push in the visor holder as shown in the illustration.
  7. INSTALL VISOR ASSEMBLY LH 
    1. Install the visor assembly LH with the 2 screws.
  8. INSTALL VISOR BRACKET COVER (for LH Side) 
    1. Engage the 4 claws to install the visor bracket cover.

  9. INSTALL VISOR ASSEMBLY RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  10. INSTALL VISOR BRACKET COVER (for RH Side) 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  11. INSTALL ASSIST GRIP SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure for the RH side.

    1. Put the assist grip sub-assembly together as shown in the illustration.

    2. Engage the 2 clips to install the assist grip sub-assembly.

    3. Engage the 4 claws to install the 2 assist grip covers.

  12. INSTALL REAR ASSIST GRIP ASSEMBLY LH 
    1. Put the rear assist grip assembly LH together as shown in the illustration.

    2. Engage the 2 clips to install the rear assist grip assembly LH.

    3. Engage the 4 claws to install the 2 assist grip covers.

  13. INSTALL REAR ASSIST GRIP ASSEMBLY RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  14. INSTALL SPOT LIGHT ASSEMBLY  . Refer to INSTALLATION [08/2013 - ] - Step 3
  15. INSTALL ROOF CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY  . Refer to INSTALLATION [08/2013 - ] - Step 3
  16. INSTALL LANE DEPARTURE WARNING CAMERA COVER (w/ Lane Departure Alert System)  . Refer to INSTALLATION [08/2013 - ] - Step 2
  17. INSPECT LANE DEPARTURE WARNING CAMERA COVER (w/ Lane Departure Alert System)  . Refer to INSTALLATION [08/2013 - ] - Step 3
  18. INSTALL RAIN SENSOR COVER (w/o Lane Departure Alert System) 

    w/ Rain Sensor: Refer to INSTALLATION [08/2013 - ] - Step 3

  19. INSTALL PROTECTOR  . Refer to INSTALLATION [08/2013 - ] - Step 2
  20. INSTALL INNER REAR VIEW MIRROR STAY HOLDER COVER  . Refer to INSTALLATION [08/2013 - ] - Step 2
  21. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL SAFETY PAD 

    Refer to INSTALLATION [08/2013 - ] 

  22. INSTALL LOWER SHIFT LEVER ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to INSTALLATION [08/2013 - ]

  23. INSTALL ROOF SIDE INNER GARNISH ASSEMBLY LH 
    1. Engage the 2 guides.
    2. Engage the 4 clips to install the roof side inner garnish assembly LH.
  24. INSTALL REAR SEAT SIDE GARNISH LH 
    1. Engage the 5 claws to install the rear seat side garnish LH.
  25. INSTALL ROOF SIDE INNER GARNISH ASSEMBLY RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  26. INSTALL REAR SEAT SIDE GARNISH RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  27. INSTALL CENTER PILLAR UPPER GARNISH LH 
    1. Pass the floor anchor of the front seat outer belt assembly LH through the center pillar upper garnish LH.
    2. Engage the clip.
    3. Install the center pillar upper garnish LH with the 2 screws.
  28. INSTALL CENTER PILLAR LOWER GARNISH LH 
    1. Engage the 2 claws and 2 guides.
    2. Engage the 5 clips to install the center pillar lower garnish LH.
  29. INSTALL REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH 
    1. Engage the 8 claws to install the rear door scuff plate LH.
  30. INSTALL FRONT PILLAR GARNISH LH 
    1. Remove the protective cover.
    2. Make sure that the front pillar garnish clip is not damaged.
      NOTE:

      If there is any damage, replace the garnish clip with a new one.

    3. Install the front pillar garnish clip to the front pillar garnish LH.

      HINT: 

      Install the front pillar garnish clip as shown in the illustration.

    4. Engage the 2 guides as shown in the illustration.
    5. Engage the 2 clips to install the front pillar garnish LH.

  31. INSTALL FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM COVER LH 
    1. Engage the guide.
    2. Engage the 3 claws to install the front door opening trim cover LH.
  32. INSTALL COWL SIDE TRIM BOARD LH 
    1. Engage the clip and claw.
    2. Install the cowl side trim board LH with the clip.
  33. INSTALL FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH 
    1. Engage the 10 claws to install the front door scuff plate LH.
  34. INSTALL CENTER PILLAR UPPER GARNISH RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  35. INSTALL CENTER PILLAR LOWER GARNISH RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  36. INSTALL REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  37. INSTALL FRONT PILLAR GARNISH RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  38. INSTALL FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM COVER RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  39. INSTALL COWL SIDE TRIM BOARD RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  40. INSTALL FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  41. INSTALL REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY

  42. INSTALL FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY LH
