Lateral Adjustment

A - Adjusting - the Top of the Side Window
- for positioning the upper edge of the side window -4- to the seal on the convertible top
- Accessible after removing the rear side trim panel. Refer to SIDE TRIM PANEL, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
  -- To adjust, remove the nuts and screws on the side window mount. Refer to SIDE WINDOW MOUNTING PIECE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
  
  -- Loosen the lock nut -1- and turn the adjusting pin -2- with a TORX^® socket.
  - Turn to the left - the side window rotates outward
  - Turn to the right - the side window rotates inward
  -- After adjusting, tighten the lock nut -1-. Refer to OVERVIEW - WINDOW REGULATOR for the correct tightening specification.
  
  -3- Window regulator
B - Adjusting - Side Window, Bottom Edge
- for positioning the upper edge of the side window -4- to the seal on the convertible top
- Accessible after removing the rear side trim panel. Refer to SIDE TRIM PANEL, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
  -- To adjust, remove the nuts and screws on the side window mount. Refer to SIDE WINDOW MOUNTING PIECE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
  
  -- Loosen the lock nut -1- and turn the adjusting pin -2- with a TORX^® socket.
  - Turn to the left - the side window rotates toward the inside
  - Turn to the right - the side window rotates toward the outside
  -- After adjusting, tighten the lock nut -1-. Refer to OVERVIEW - WINDOW REGULATOR for the correct tightening specification.
  
  -3- Window regulator
C - Adjusting - Front Edge of the Side Window
- for positioning the side window -4- to the front door window
- Accessible after removing the rear side trim panel. Refer to SIDE TRIM PANEL, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
  -- To adjust, remove the nuts and screws on the side window mount. Refer to SIDE WINDOW MOUNTING PIECE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
  
  -- Loosen the lock nut -1- and turn the adjusting pin -2- with a TORX^® socket.
  - Turn left - the door window rotates inward
  - Turn right - the door window rotates outward
  -- Tighten the lock nut after adjusting -1-. Refer to OVERVIEW - WINDOW REGULATOR for the tightening specification.
