Hydraulic Line On Valve Block, Removing And Installing: Installing

Tightening specifications. Refer to Figure.

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

NOTE:

Replace the O-ring.

-- Slide the new O-ring -2- on the connecting piece -1- for the hydraulic line.

NOTE:

Each hydraulic line has a printed number -arrow A-, which must match the number -arrow B- on the valve block across from it.

CAUTION:

Damage and leaks on the valve block.

Forcing the hydraulic line will damage the o-ring.

-- Insert the hydraulic line connecting piece -3- vertically into the valve block -1-. There must not be any resistance.

-- Tighten the bolt -2- to the tightening specification.

-- Install the hydraulic pump. Refer to HYDRAULIC UNIT (HYDRAULIC PUMP), REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Check the fluid level and fill with fluid if necessary. Refer to HYDRAULIC SYSTEM, FILLING AND BLEEDING .
