Lid Latch Cable, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Remove the rear lid trim panel. Refer to LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM PANELS

-- Remove the screws -1 and 7- and remove the lock cylinder anti-theft protection -2-.

-- Unlock the lever -6- -arrow A- and remove the cable bracket -3- from the mount -arrow B-.

-- Disengage the cable -4- from the actuator lever -5-.

-- Unlock the clip -1- and remove the rear lid anti-theft protection -5-. Carefully lift the tab -2- -arrow- and unlock the clip -3- through the opening -4-.

-- Remove the anti-theft protection.

-- Remove the cable bracket -6- from the rear lid lock mount -5-.

-- Disengage and remove the cable on the actuator lever -4-.
