Fuel Filler Door, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Remove the trim for the fuel filler door insert. Refer to FUEL FILLER DOOR COVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the fuel cap for fuel tank filler tube.

-- Release the tank flap insert at the markings -arrows-.

-- To do this, insert a small screwdriver diagonally from underneath through the marking in the tank flap insert over the latches.

-- Gently lift the screwdriver and release the latches.

-- Pull the tank flap insert out of its body cut-out in stages using the :3370 .

-- Disconnect the connecter on the Audi RS5.
