Seat Forward/Back Adjustment Motor, Removing And Installing: Removing

WARNING:

- Before handling pyrotechnic components (for example, disconnecting the connector), the person handling it must "discharge static electricity". For example, this can be done by briefly touching the door striker.
-- Remove The Front Seat:
- Standard Seat, Power Sport Seat and Comfort Seat. Refer to POWER FRONT SEAT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Super Sport Seat. Refer to POWER FRONT SEAT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
-- Attach the front seat to the :VAS6136 . Refer to FRONT SEAT, MOUNTING ON FIXTURE FOR SEAT REPAIR .
NOTE:
The seat pan upper and lower frames can be separated and connected without removing the cushion.
Only the seat position sensor must be installed in the new seat pan lower frame.
-- Remove The Seat Position Sensor:
- SEAT POSITION SENSOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, EQUIPMENT WITH PASSENGER OCCUPANT DETECTION SENSOR FOR BELT FASTENING DETECTION .
- SEAT POSITION SENSOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, EQUIPMENT WITH PASSENGER OCCUPANT DETECTION SYSTEM FOR FRONT PASSENGER AIRBAG DEACTIVATION .
-- Separate the seat pan upper frame from the lower frame. Refer to SEAT PAN, DISASSEMBLING AND ASSEMBLING .
