Starter, Removing And Installing, Vehicles With 2.7L And 3.0L TDI Engine And DSG Transmission: Installing

- Tightening specifications. Refer to OVERVIEW - STARTER [CAEB, CPMA, CPMB, CAED, CCBA, CGXC, CTUB] .
Install in reverse order of removal. Note The Following:
-- Make sure the seal -1- fits correctly inside the starter opening before installing the starter.
- The sealing piece must cover the opening for the starter -2- -arrow-.
-- Install the engine support and the right engine mount. Refer to the appropriate Service Information .
-- Install the right lower coolant pipe. Refer to COOLANT PIPES, REMOVING AND INSTALLING [For engine(s) CAED, CAEB, CPMB, CPMA] .
-- Install the generator. Refer to GENERATOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, VEHICLES WITH 2.7L AND 3.0L TDI ENGINE AND DSG TRANSMISSION .
-- Install the front exhaust pipe. Refer to EXHAUST PIPES/MUFFLERS [For engine(s) CAED, CAEB, CPMB, CPMA] .
-- Connect the battery. Required actions. Refer to CONNECTING .
