Left Convertible Top Compartment Enclosure Motor -V433-, Removing And Installing: Removing

Mounting bracket for the variable convertible top compartment enclosure removed.

-- Unclip the connector -arrow-.

-- Remove the bolts -1 through 6- and remove the cover.

-- Remove the circlips -arrows- and remove the damper -1-.

-- Remove the bolts -1 through 3- and remove the cover.

-- Remove the convertible top compartment enclosure motor bracket. When doing this, the tension on the drive wheel spring will be released.

NOTE:

Depending on the version, the motor may be attached in different ways.

-- Remove the motor from the bracket according to the version:

Remove the bolts -1- and -2-.
Loosen the motor from the bonding.
Release the retainer -3-.
