Trailer Hitch: Removal

  1. Remove the rear bumper cover. Refer to:REAR BUMPER COVER .
  2. Disconnect the electrical connector, disengage the retainers from trailer hitch and position aside the wiring harness.

    1. Remove the trailer hitch bolts.

      Torque: 203 lb.ft (275 Nm)

    2. Remove the trailer hitch retainers.
    3. Remove the trailer hitch.
