Windshield Washer Reservoir: Removal

  1. Open the windshield washer reservoir lid.

  2. Siphon the windshield washer fluid. Use the General Equipment: Fluid Suction Gun

  3. Remove the battery tray. Refer to: Battery Tray .
    1. Detach the hose from the windshield washer reservoir.
    2. Remove the bolt.

      Torque: 133 lb.in (15 Nm)

    3. Detach the pin-type retainers.

  4. Remove the RH fender splash shield. Refer to:FENDER SPLASH SHIELD .
  5. Disconnect the washer pump and fluid level sensor electrical connectors.

  6. Detach the washer pump hoses.

  7. Remove the windshield washer reservoir.
