Liftgate Window Glass Release Switch: Removal

  1. Remove the reversing lamp assembly. Refer to: Reversing Lamp .
  2. Disconnect the coaxial cable connector.

  3. Remove the screws and the bracket.

  4. Remove the rear housing.

    1. Disconnect the electrical connector and position the wiring harness aside.
    2. Remove the screws and the rear housing from the reversing lamp assembly.

  5. Remove the liftgate window glass release switch.

    1. Disconnect the liftgate window glass release switch electrical connector.
    2. Remove the liftgate window glass release switch.
