Symptom Chart: Front Seats

The driver memory seat does not operate horizontally/vertically/recline using the seat control switch Refer to the Pinpoint Test GO to Pinpoint Test E 
The driver memory seat does not operate using the memory SET switch Refer to the Pinpoint Test GO to Pinpoint Test F 
The driver memory seat moves in two-second intervals Refer to the Pinpoint Test CARRY OUT the DSM self-test and RETRIEVE the Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs). REFER to DTC Chart: DSM .
The driver memory seat does not move to the correct memory position Refer to the Pinpoint Test CARRY OUT the DSM self-test and RETRIEVE the Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs). REFER to DTC Chart: DSM .
The driver memory seat does not operate when using the RKE transmitter Refer to the Pinpoint Test VERIFY the RKE transmitter is operating correctly and is associated to a memory position. REFER to the Owner's Literature for information on associating a RKE transmitter. CARRY OUT the DSM self-test and REFER to DTC Chart: DSM  to diagnose any Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) retrieved.
Easy entry/easy exit is inoperative/does not operate correctly Easy entry/exit feature is not enabled
Refer to the Pinpoint Test
VERIFY the easy entry/exit feature is enabled in the message center. REFER to the Owner's Literature for information on programming vehicle settings in the message center. If the easy entry/exit feature is enabled but still does not operate correctly, GO to Pinpoint Test G 
The passenger power lumbar is inoperative - 10-way, without muti-contour seats Refer to the Pinpoint Test GO to Pinpoint Test B 
The passenger power seat is inoperative or does not operate correctly - 10-way Refer to the Pinpoint Test GO to Pinpoint Test A 
The passenger memory seat does not operate horizontally/vertically/recline using the seat control switch Refer to the Pinpoint Test GO to Pinpoint Test C 
The passenger memory seat does not operate using the memory SET switch Refer to the Pinpoint Test GO to Pinpoint Test D

The passenger seat is inoperative/does not operate correctly using the redundant/chauffeur switch only Refer to the Pinpoint Test GO to Pinpoint Test H 
An individual multi-contour seat function is inoperative from the seat control switch - touchscreen control operates correctly Seat control switch Using a diagnostic scan tool, CARRY OUT self-test on the SCMG or SCMH. If any seat control switch related Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) are present, REFER to DTC Chart: SCMG  or DTC Chart: SCMH . If no seat control switch related Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) are present, INSTALL a new seat control switch. Refer to: Front Seat Control Switch .
The multi-contour seat feature is inoperative/does not operate correctly - driver Refer to the Pinpoint Test GO to Pinpoint Test R 
The multi-contour seat feature is inoperative/does not operate correctly - passenger Refer to the Pinpoint Test GO to Pinpoint Test S 
Both heated seats are inoperative - without heated/ventilated seats Refer to the Pinpoint Test GO to Pinpoint Test I 
The left heated seat is inoperative - without heated/ventilated seats Refer to the Pinpoint Test GO to Pinpoint Test J 
The right heated seat is inoperative - without heated/ventilated seats Refer to the Pinpoint Test GO to Pinpoint Test K 
Both heated seats are inoperative - with heated/ventilated seats Refer to the Pinpoint Test GO to Pinpoint Test L 
The left heated seat is inoperative - with heated/ventilated seats Refer to the Pinpoint Test GO to Pinpoint Test M 
The right heated seat is inoperative - with heated/ventilated seats Refer to the Pinpoint Test GO to Pinpoint Test N
