Battery Tray: Removal

  1. Remove the battery. Refer to: Battery .
  2. Detach the battery cable and washer hose retainers from the battery tray.

    Vehicles with Vehicle Dynamic Suspension 

  3. Detach the wire harness retainers from the battery tray.

    Vehicles without Vehicle Dynamic Suspension 

  4. Disconnect the electrical connector and detach the wire harness retainer from the battery tray.

    All vehicles 

  5. Detach the battery cable retainer from the battery tray.

  6. Remove the screws from the battery tray.

  7. Remove the bolts and the battery tray.

    Torque: 18 lb.ft (25 Nm)
