Camshaft Position Sensors -G163 - / - G301-, Removing And Installing: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

NOTE:

If the Camshaft Position Sensor 3 -G300- was uninstalled, the coolant level must be checked. Refer to COOLANT, DRAINING AND FILLING .

WARNING:

Fire hazards and risk of damage for a faulty engine cover.

  • The engine cover must be always be installed before the hood is closed.
  • The engine may neither be started nor driven without an engine cover.
