   • With charge air coolers
   • Supercharger, removing and installing. Refer to SUPERCHARGER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
   • Overview - charge air cooler. Refer to OVERVIEW - CHARGE AIR SYSTEM .
   • Secured on the Engine and Gearbox Bracket VAS6095A for repair work. Refer to SUPERCHARGER, SECURING ON ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION HOLDER .
   • Secured on the Engine and Gearbox Bracket VAS6095A for leak test. Refer to SUPERCHARGER, SECURING TO ENGINE/TRANSMISSION HOLDER FOR LEAK TEST .

   • 5 Nm
6. Rubber Grommet
   • Quantity: 2
7. Intermediate Flange
8. Bolt
   • Tightening specification: 10 Nm
9. Throttle Valve Control Module -J338-
   • Removing and installing. Refer to Throttle Valve Control Module -J338-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
10. O-Rings
    • Replace
11. Connection
12. Bolt
    • Tightening specification and sequence. Refer to Control Valve Control Unit -J808-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
13. Bracket
    • For change-over valves
14. Bolt
    • 9 Nm
15. Bolt
    • Tightening specification and sequence. Refer to Control Valve Control Unit -J808-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
16. Intermediate Flange
17. Control Valve Control Unit -J808-
    • Removing and installing. Refer to Control Valve Control Unit -J808-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
18. Bleeder Screw
    • 1.5 to 3.0 Nm
    • For the left charge air cooler
19. Bolt
    • Tightening specification. Refer to Fig 4.
20. Intake Air Temperature Sensor -G42-
    • Removing and installing. Refer to Fig 4.
21. O-Rings
    • Replace
22. Nut
    • 20 Nm
23. O-Ring
    • Replace
24. Threaded Pin
    • 17 Nm
25. Bolt
    • 10 Nm
    • Replace
    • Self-locking
    • Always clean the threaded holes with a thread tap before assembling.
26. Charge Air Pressure Sensor
    • Cylinder bank 1 (right) Charge Air Pressure Sensor -G31-
    • Cylinder bank 2 (left) Charge Air Pressure Sensor 2 -G447-
    • Removing and installing. Refer to CHARGE AIR PRESSURE SENSOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
27. Seals
    • Replace
28. O-Ring
    • Quantity 2
    • Replace
29. Connection
    • For the crankcase ventilation
    • Installed position. Refer to Fig 6
30. O-Ring
    • Quantity 2
    • Replace

-- Tighten the nuts -arrows- to 5 Nm.
