Drive Axle, Removing And Installing: Installing

Installation is the reverse of removal, with special attention to the following:

Drive Axle Tightening Specifications. Refer To OVERVIEW - DRIVE AXLE WITH OUTER CV JOINT WITH 88 MM DIAMETER AND INNER CV JOINT WITH 100 MM DIAMETER .

Drive Axle Tightening Specifications. Refer To OVERVIEW - DRIVE AXLE WITH OUTER CV JOINT WITH 100 MM DIAMETER AND INNER CV JOINT WITH 108 MM DIAMETER .

-- Install The Rear Final Drive. Refer To GENERAL, TECHNICAL DATA - REAR FINAL DRIVE 0BC (COUPE) .

-- Install the rear muffler with brackets. Refer To OVERVIEW - MUFFLER [FOR ENGINE(S) CAED, CAEB, CPMB, CPMA] , OVERVIEW - MUFFLER [FOR ENGINE(S) CALA] , OVERVIEW - MUFFLER [FOR TRANSMISSION(S) 0B6] [FOR ENGINE(S) CAUA] , OVERVIEW - MUFFLER [FOR ENGINE(S) CFSA] and OVERVIEW - MUFFLER [FOR ENGINE(S) CAED, CAEB, CPMB, CPMA] .

-- Install the fuel tank mounting strap. Refer To OVERVIEW - FUEL TANK / / .

-- Install the coil spring. Refer To SPRING, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Install the Rear ABS Wheel Speed Sensor --. Refer To RIGHT FRONT ABS WHEEL SPEED SENSOR -G45- AND LEFT FRONT ABS WHEEL SPEED SENSOR -G47- .

-- Tighten the wheel. Refer To WHEEL BOLT TIGHTENING SPECIFICATIONS .

-- Tighten the drive axle to wheel hub threaded connection. Refer To DRIVE AXLE THREADED CONNECTION, LOOSENING AND TIGHTENING .
