Remove the ball bearing locking ring beforehand.

-- Install the ball bearing locking ring paying close attention to the installed position of the locking ring. Refer to Fig 8.

Remove the ball bearing locking ring beforehand.

-- Install the ball bearing locking ring paying close attention to the installed position of the locking ring. Refer to Fig 8.

The bevel -arrow- on the locking ring -A- faces away from the ball bearing -B-.

NOTE:

The locking rings and the ball bearings for the input and output shafts are identical.

NOTE:

For transmission housing equipped with internal transmission fluid heating, refer to -item 4- "Heat Exchanger" (See Figure), it can be equipped with plug -1- in the transmission housing -4- instead of a transmission fluid heater.

Always replace the o-rings -2 to 3-.
