Center Differential
- Removing and installing. Refer to CENTER DIFFERENTIAL HOUSING, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, BOLTED DRIVESHAFT .
- Replace the ball bearing. Refer to OVERVIEW - SPUR GEAR FOR BEARING AND CENTER DIFFERENTIAL .
Pressure Spring
Shim
Plate Spring
- Installed position: the camber on the inner diameter faces toward the flange shaft
Spacer Sleeve
- Removing and installing. Refer to REAR FLANGE SHAFT, SEAL AND BALL BEARING, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Circlip
- For the flange shaft
- Removing and installing. Refer to REAR FLANGE SHAFT, SEAL AND BALL BEARING, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Ball Bearing
- For the flange shaft
- Refer to REAR FLANGE SHAFT, SEAL AND BALL BEARING, REMOVING AND INSTALLING
Shaft Seal
- Refer to REAR FLANGE SHAFT, SEAL AND BALL BEARING, REMOVING AND INSTALLING
Rear Flange Shaft
- Without vibration damper
- Removing and installing. Refer to REAR FLANGE SHAFT, SEAL AND BALL BEARING, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Rear Flange Shaft
- With vibration damper
- Removing and installing. Refer to REAR FLANGE SHAFT, SEAL AND BALL BEARING, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Bolt
- 24 Nm
- For vibration damper
- Quantity: 3
- install with Locking FluidA MV 185 101 A1
Vibration Damper
- Not present on all versions
- Allocate according to transmission code.
Center Differential Housing
- Refer to CENTER DIFFERENTIAL HOUSING, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, BOLTED DRIVESHAFT
- Removing and installing on installed transmission.
