  1. REMOVE LOWER CENTER INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL  See step  14
  2. REMOVE CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY  See step  2
  3. REMOVE COMBINATION SWITCH ASSEMBLY 
    1. Disengage the 4 claws to remove the combination switch assembly from the console panel sub-assembly.
