Removal [08/2013 - ]

NOTE:
When removing the cooler expansion valve by itself, be sure to install a new cooler expansion valve and new bolt for the suction pipe sub-assembly.
- RECOVER REFRIGERANT FROM REFRIGERATION SYSTEM See step 1
- REMOVE WINDSHIELD WIPER MOTOR AND LINK ASSEMBLY

- REMOVE FRONT OUTER COWL TOP PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY . Refer to REMOVAL [08/2013 - ] - Step 4
- DISCONNECT NO. 1 BRAKE ACTUATOR TUBE See step 4
- DISCONNECT SUCTION PIPE SUB-ASSEMBLY See step 7
- DISCONNECT AIR CONDITIONER TUBE AND ACCESSORY ASSEMBLY See step 8
- REMOVE COOLER EXPANSION VALVE
- Using a 4 mm hexagon wrench, remove the 2 hexagon bolts.
- Temporarily install the bolt for the suction pipe sub-assembly halfway to the cooler expansion valve.
