Brake system vacuum pump V192, removing and installing

The vacuum pump is not intended to be serviced. If problems occur, trace the malfunction by means of a function test and/or pressurized leak test. If a malfunction is found, the brake system vacuum pump V192 must be replaced.

Removing: 

• Remove trim cover.

• Disconnect electrical connector - 2  -.
• Disconnect vacuum hose - 1  - from vacuum pump.

• Press clip out of bracket by hand.
• Lift out brake system vacuum pump V192.

Installing 

Installation is carried out in reverse sequence.
