• Bring convertible top into center position.
• Remove right trim in convertible top compartment →
  • 70 - INTERIOR TRIM
  • 70 - INTERIOR TRIM for BODY INTERIOR - CABRIOLET
  .
• Disconnect electrical connector.
• Remove switch bolts - 1  -.

• Carefully pry switch out of retainer - 2  -.

Installation is reverse of removal.

Tightening torque  → Compartment Cover Open Position Switch F201 .
