Steering Angle Sensor -G85-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING

-- If the control module was replaced, select the "Replace" function for the respective control module in "Guided Fault Finding"  or "Guided Functions"  Vehicle Diagnostic Tester.

Removal

-- Remove return spring with slip ring, refer to AIRBAG SPIRAL SPRING/RETURN SPRING WITH SLIP RING, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove Steering Angle Sensor -G85- item -1- in direction of -arrow-.

Installation

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

-- After replacing the Steering Angle Sensor -G85-, adapt it in "Guided Fault Finding"  or "Guided Functions"  using the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester.
