- SCR Catalytic Converter
- Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor 4 -G648-
- Tightening specification: 45 Nm
- Removing and Installing. Refer to Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor 4 -G648-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Coat with hot bolt paste; Hot bolt paste.
- Particulate Filter
- Primary Catalytic Converter
- Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor 3 -G495-
- Tightening specification: 45 Nm
- Removing and Installing. Refer to Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor 3 -G495-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Coat with hot bolt paste; Hot bolt paste.
- Pay attention to the installed position.
- Catalyst Temperature Sensor 1 -G20-
- Tightening specification: 45 Nm
- for engine with emissions standard BIN 5.
- Removing and Installing. Refer to Catalyst Temperature Sensor 1 -G20-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Coat with hot bolt paste; Hot bolt paste.
- Pay attention to the installed position.
- Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor 2 -G448-
- Tightening specification: 45 Nm
- For engine with emissions standard BIN 5.
- Removing and Installing. Refer to Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor 2 -G448-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Coat with hot bolt paste; Hot bolt paste.
- Pay attention to the installed position.
- Nut
- Tightening specification. Refer to Special Tools .
- NOx Sensor -G295-
- Removing and Installing. Refer to Oxygen Sensors .
- Heated Oxygen Sensor -G39- with Oxygen Sensor Heater -Z19-
- Removing and Installing. Refer to Oxygen Sensors .
- Turbocharger
- Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor 1 -G235-
- Tightening specification: 45 Nm
- Removing and Installing. Refer to Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor 1 -G235-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Coat with hot bolt paste; Hot bolt paste.
- Differential Pressure Sensor -G505-
- Removing and Installing. Refer to Diesel Fuel Injection .
- Nut
- Tightening specification. Refer to Special Tools .
- Pressure Line for the Differential Pressure Sensor -G505-
- Tightening specification: 23 Nm
- Clip to the particulate filter.
- Secure with standard production clamps .
- NOx Sensor 2 -G687-
- Removing and Installing. Refer to Oxygen Sensors .
- Nut
- Tightening specification. Refer to Special Tools .
