   • Tightening specification: 9 Nm
   • Installation position: as illustrated.
4. Coolant Hose
5. EGR Coolant Thermostat with Connection
6. Clamp
7. O-Ring
   • Replace
8. O-Ring
   • Replace
9. Bolt
   • Tightening specification: 9 Nm
10. EGR Motor -V338-
    • With EGR Potentiometer -G212-.
    • Removing and Installing. Refer to EGR Motor -V338-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
11. Bolt
    • Tightening specification: 9 Nm
12. EGR Change-Over Vacuum Diaphragm
13. Bolt
    • Tightening specification: 9 Nm
14. Coolant Hoses
15. EGR Temperature Sensor -G98-
    • Tightening specification: 45 Nm
    • Removing and Installing. Refer to EGR Temperature Sensor -G98-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
    • Coat with hot bolt paste; Hot bolt paste.
    • 35 Nm Aluminum Exhaust Gas Recirculation Radiator
    • 45 Nm Steel Exhaust Gas Recirculation Radiator
16. Bolt
    • Tightening specification: 9 Nm
17. Crankcase Ventilation Pipe
18. Bolt
    • Tightening specification: 5 Nm +90° turn
19. EGR Pipe
20. Seal
    • Replace
21. Bolt
    • Tightening specification: 9 Nm
22. EGR Cooler
    • With by-pass valve for the exhaust gas recirculation cooler.
    • Removing and Installing. Refer to EGR COOLER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
23. O-Ring
    • Replace
24. Coolant Hose

1. Auxiliary EGR Cooler
   • Removing and Installing. Refer to EGR AUXILIARY COOLER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
2. Seal
   • Replace
3. Bolt
   • Tightening specification: 9 Nm
4. EGR Pipe
5. EGR Pipe
   • With catalytic converter.
   • Removing and Installing. Refer to EGR PIPE AND CATALYTIC CONVERTER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
6. Bolt
   • Tightening specification: 9 Nm
7. Seal
   • Replace
8. Bolt
   • Tightening specification: 9 Nm
9. Vacuum Hose
   • From the EGR Cooler Switch Over Valve 2 -N381-.
10. Rear Coolant Pipe
    • Removing and Installing. Refer to REAR COOLANT PIPE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
11. O-Ring
    • Replace
12. Bolt
    • Tightening specification: 9 Nm (Rear coolant pipe)
13. Bolt
    • Tightening specification: 9 Nm (Rear coolant pipe)
14. Coolant Pipe
15. O-Ring
    • Replace
16. Bolt
    • Tightening specification: 9 Nm
