1. Front Toothed Belt Guard
   • Install it at the bottom and clip it secure on the sides
2. Nut
   • 70 Nm
3. Bolt
   • 23 Nm
4. High Pressure Pump Toothed Belt Sprocket
   • Remove with the Puller - PulleyT40064. Refer to Fig 5.
   • Removing and installing. Refer to Fig 5.
5. Idler Roller
6. High Pressure Pump Toothed Belt
   • Before removing, mark direction of rotation using chalk or felt-tip marker. A reversed turning direction can cause damage to the used toothed belt.
   • Check for wear
     CAUTION:

     • Perform the following points before installing the toothed belt:
     • Align the crankshaft TDC. Refer to Fig 2 to the camshaft TDC Fig 3.
     • Stop the high pressure pump toothed belt using the High Pressure Pump Sprocket Locking ToolT40135. (Do not allow the toothed belt to swing!). Refer to Fig 4.
   • Removing and installing. Refer to HIGH PRESSURE PUMP TOOTHED BELT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

   • 9 Nm
8. Rear Toothed Belt Cover
9. Toothed Belt Tensioning Roller
10. Toothed Belt Drive Sprocket
    • Loosen and tighten the central bolt with the Wrench - Pin Type3036. Refer to Fig 6.
    • Remove with the Puller - Toothed Belt PulleyT10320. Refer to Fig 7.
11. Bolt
    • 75 Nm
    • Use Wrench - Pin Type3036 to loosen and tighten
12. Bolt
    • 23 Nm

-- Loosen and tighten the central bolt -1- with the Wrench - Pin Type3036.

-- Remove the toothed belt drive wheel with the Puller - Toothed Belt PulleyT10320.
