Charge Air Cooler Overview

NOTE:
The illustration shows the left charge air cooler.
- Front Air Guide
- Attached to the charge air cooler.
- Unclip it to the side to remove.
- O-Ring
- Replace if damaged or leaking.
- Air Guide Hose
- Bolt
- Tightening specification: 9 Nm
- Bolt
- Tightening specification: 9 Nm
- Air Guide Hose
- To the right charge air cooler.
- Must be free of oil and grease when Installation.
- Connecting Piece
- Bolt
- Tightening specification: 9 Nm
- O-Ring
- Replace
- Charge Air Pressure Sensor -G31-
- Removing and Installing. Refer to Charge Air Pressure Sensor -G31-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Bolt
- Tightening specification: 5 Nm
- Air Guide Hose
- To the intake manifold.
- Must be free of oil and grease when Installation.
- O-Ring
- Replace
- Charge Air Cooler
- Removing and Installing. Refer to CHARGE AIR COOLER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
