- Tightening specification and sequence, refer to Fig 2.
Crankshaft Shaft Seal, Belt Pulley Side
- Replacing. Refer to CRANKSHAFT SHAFT SEAL, BELT PULLEY SIDE, REPLACING .
Right Idler Roller Cover
Bolt
- Tightening specification, refer to -Item 12- RIBBED BELT DRIVE OVERVIEW.
Right Idler Roller for Ribbed Belt
- Pay attention to the installed position.
Sealing Flange, Belt Pulley Side
- Removing and Installing. Refer to SEALING FLANGE, BELT PULLEY SIDE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Double Bolt
- 9 Nm
Nut
- Tightening specification, refer to -Item 2- COOLANT PIPES OVERVIEW .
Upper Coolant Pipe
- Removing and Installing. Refer to UPPER COOLANT PIPE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
O-Ring
- Replace
Alignment Pins
- Quantity: 2
O-Rings
- Replace
Seal
- Quantity: 2
- Replace
Seal
- Replace
Oil Pressure Switch -F22-
- Removing and Installing. Refer to Oil Pressure Switch -F22-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Tightening specification, refer to -Item 17- OIL PAN UPPER SECTION OVERVIEW .

-- Tighten the pulley side sealing flange bolts -arrow- in a diagonal sequence and in steps to 9 Nm.
