Coolant Hose Connection Diagram

NOTE:

Blue = large coolant circuit.

Red = small coolant circuit.

Orange = cylinder block coolant circuit.

Brown = heating circuit.

The arrows show the coolant flow direction.

  1. Radiator
    • Change the coolant after replacing
  2. Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor on Radiator Outlet -G83-
  3. Map Controlled Engine Cooling Thermostat -F265-
  4. Cylinder Block
  5. Check Valve
  6. Cylinder Head
    • Cylinder bank 1 (right)
    • Change the coolant after replacing
  7. Coolant Expansion Tank
  8. Cap
  9. From the Heater Core for the Heater
  10. To the Heater Core for the Heater
  11. Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor -G62-
  12. ATF Cooler
  13. Transmission Coolant Valve -N488-
  14. Check Valve
    • Arrow in the direction of flow
  15. Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) Cooler
    • Change the coolant after replacing
  16. Cylinder Head
    • Cylinder bank 2 (left)
    • Change the coolant after replacing
  17. Check Valve
  18. Cylinder Block
    • Change the coolant after replacing
  19. Coolant Shut-Off Valve
  20. Engine Temperature Control Sensor -G694-
  21. Engine Oil Cooler
    • Change the coolant after replacing
  22. Coolant Pump
