Left Lower Coolant Pipe On Engine, Removing And Installing: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

Tightening specifications:

Refer to OVERVIEW - RIBBED BELT DRIVE
Refer to OVERVIEW - COOLANT PIPE ON ENGINE .

NOTE:

Replace the seal and O-ring.

Secure all hose connections with standard production hose clamps. .

-- Clean and/or smooth the sealing surfaces of the O-rings.

-- Coat the O-ring with coolant and slide it onto the coolant pipe.

-- Install the power steering pump. Refer to POWER STEERING PUMP, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Install the A/C compressor. Refer to COMPRESSOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING ON BRACKET .

-- Install the ribbed belt. Refer to RIBBED BELT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Fill with coolant. Refer to COOLANT, DRAINING AND FILLING .
