Engine Temperature Control Sensor -G694-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING: Removing

-- Quickly open the coolant reservoir cap and release any remaining pressure in the cooling system and then close it again.

-- Carefully pull the engine cover off the four retaining pins one after the other in direction of -arrows-.

-- Remove the ribbed belt. Refer to RIBBED BELT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the cover -1-.

-- Remove the bolt -2- and remove the idler roller.

-- Disconnect the connector -1-.

NOTE:

Use a cloth to catch any leaking coolant.

-- Remove the bolt -2- and remove the Engine Temperature Control Sensor -G694-.
