Upper Coolant Pipe, Removing And Installing: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

Tightening specification. Refer to OVERVIEW - COOLANT PIPES

NOTE:

Replace the O-rings.

-- Clean and smooth the O-ring sealing surface.

-- Coat the O-ring with coolant and slide it onto the coolant pipe.

-- Connect the coolant hose to the coupling. Refer to Figure.

-- Install the high pressure line and the right intake manifold lower section. Refer to INTAKE MANIFOLD LOWER SECTION WITH FUEL RAIL, REMOVING AND INSTALLING and HIGH PRESSURE LINE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Fill with coolant. Refer to COOLANT, DRAINING AND FILLING .
