Data Link Connector (DLC)

Component location: diagnostic connector is located in passenger side footwell.

Check the Following Components Using Guided Fault Finding  Vehicle Diagnostic Tester.

Transmission Control Module -J217-

Component location: Transmission Control Module -J217- is under the right front seat.

Refer to Transmission Control Module -J217-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

Component location: The Auxiliary Hydraulic Pump Control Module -J922- is located under the right front seat.

Refer to Auxiliary Hydraulic Pump Control Module -J922-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

Selector Lever Transmission Range Position Display Unit -Y26-

Component location: the Selector Lever Transmission Range Position Display Unit -Y26- next to the selector lever. The display shows "P, R, N, D, S".

Refer to Selector Lever Transmission Range Position Display Unit -Y26-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

Selector Lever Sensor System Control Module -J587- with Tiptronic Switch -F189-

Component location: the Selector Lever Sensor System Control Module -J587- with the Tiptronic Switch -F189- is located on the selector mechanism under the selector lever boot.

NOTE:

The Selector Lever Sensor System Control Module -J587- and the Tiptronic Switch -F189- are a single component.

The Tiptronic Switch -F189- magnets are secured to the cover.

Refer to Selector Lever Sensor System Control Module -J587- WITH Tiptronic Switch -F189-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

Shift Lock Solenoid -N110-

Component location: the Shift Lock Solenoid -N110- is on the selector mechanism.

Refer to Shift Lock Solenoid -N110-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

Transmission Range Display -Y6-

Installed location: integrated inside the instrument cluster

NOTE:

The Transmission Range Display -Y6- can only be replaced together with the instrument cluster.

Instrument cluster, removing and installing. Refer to INSTRUMENT CLUSTER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

Multifunction Transmission Range Switch -F125-

Component location: On selector shaft at outer right of transmission.

NOTE:

Always check the connectors on the Multifunction Transmission Range Switch -F125- before replacing it. Refer to Multifunction Transmission Range Switch -F125-, REMOVING, INSTALLING AND ADJUSTING .

Transmission Input Speed Sensor -G182-

The Transmission Input Speed Sensor -G182- is installed near the ATF pump in the transmission.

Currently the transmission must be replaced to replace the Transmission Input Speed Sensor -G182-.

Transmission Output Speed Sensor -G195-

The Transmission Output Speed Sensor -G195- is installed under the valve body.

Removing and Installing the Transmission Output Speed Sensor -G195-. Refer to Transmission Output Speed Sensor -G195-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

Component location : The Transmission Fluid Auxiliary Hydraulic Pump 2 -V476- is attached under the transmission.

Refer to Transmission Fluid Auxiliary Hydraulic Pump 2 -V476-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, VEHICLES WITH START/STOP SYSTEM .

Installed depending on the date of manufacture.

The Cooling Oil Valve -N471- is installed on the top of the transmission in front of the ATF pre-heater -item 2-  OVERVIEW - ATF PIPES, ATF COOLER AND ATF PRE-HEATER.
