Overview - Oil Pan Lower Section And Oil Pump

- Oil Level Thermal Sensor -G266-
- Removing and installing. Refer to Oil Level Thermal Sensor -G266-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

- Tightening specification and sequence. Refer to Fig 2.
- Oil Pan Lower Section
- Removing and Installing. Refer to OIL PAN LOWER SECTION, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Bolt
- 3 Nm +90°
- Replace
- Oil Baffle
- Oil Return Pipe
- Bolt
- Steel bolts 9 Nm
- Aluminum bolts 3 Nm +90°
- Replace the aluminum bolts
- Depending on the version aluminum or steel bolts
- Intake Line
- Bolt
- 9 Nm
- O-ring
- Replace
- Bolt
- Replace
- Tightening specification and sequence. Refer to Fig 3.
- Oil Pump
- With brake booster vacuum pump
- Do not disassemble
- Removing and installing. Refer to OIL PUMP WITH VACUUM PUMP, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Alignment Sleeves
- Quantity: 2
- O-Ring
- Replace
- Input Shaft
- For the oil pump
- Pressure Spring
- Tappet
- Chain Sprocket
- For the oil pump
- Installed position: the side with lettering on it faces the engine
- Bolt
- 30 Nm +45°
- Replace
- To loosen, counterhold on sprocket with Wrench - Pin Type3212.
- If it is not possible to tighten the bolt to the specification, remove the oil pan lower section and the oil baffle and counterhold the bolt with an open end wrench on the oil pump driveshaft.

- Steel bolts 9 Nm
- Aluminum bolts 3 Nm +90°
- Replace the aluminum bolts
- Depending on the version aluminum or steel bolts
- Seal
- Replace
- Oil Drain Plug
- 30 Nm
- Nut
- 9 Nm
NOTE:
Replace the bolts that were tightened with an additional turn.
-- Tighten the bolts in three steps and in the sequence shown:

| 3. | -1 to 14- | Turn an additional 90°. |
NOTE:
Replace the bolts that were tightened with an additional turn.
