Charge Air Pressure Sensor -G31- / Charge Air Pressure Sensor 2 -G447-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING: Removing

-- Free up the vacuum hose -1- on cylinder bank 2 (left).
-- Remove the bolts -arrows- and remove the cover -2-.
Cylinder Bank 1 (right)
-- Remove the cover -arrow-.
CAUTION:
Danger of defects caused by dirt.
- Follow the guidelines for cleanliness when working on the fuel supply system. Refer to FUEL SUPPLY, INJECTION SYSTEM AND CHARGING SYSTEM, CLEAN WORKING CONDITIONS .
WARNING:
Risk of injury from fuel.
- To reduce fuel pressure, lay cloths around connecting point before opening fuel system and carefully loosen.
-- Remove the bolts -arrows-.
-- Loosen the union nut -2- and push the fuel supply line to the side.
-- Seal the open lines and connections with clean plugs from the Engine Bung Set VAS6122.
NOTE:
Ignore item -1-.

-- Disconnect the connector -1-.
-- remove the bolts -arrows-, remove the Charge Air Pressure Sensor -G31- or Charge Air Pressure Sensor 2 -G447-.
