-- On a vehicle with air suspension, activate vehicle lift mode. Refer to VEHICLE LIFT MODE .

-- Disconnect the exhaust system at the clamping sleeve -arrows-.

WARNING:

When working on the whole exhaust system:

Follow the safety precautions when working on the exhaust system. Refer to EXHAUST SYSTEM SAFETY PRECAUTIONS .

-- Remove the NOx Sensor 2 -G687- -3-.

NOTE:

The installation position of the NOx Sensor 2 -G687- depends on the version.

-- Disconnect the connector -5-.

-- Loosen the clamp -arrow- and remove the Reducing Agent Injector -N474-.

-- Move the nuts -1- and bolts -2 and 4- and remove the SCR catalytic converter.
