Vehicles without a Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) Catalytic Converter
- Heated Oxygen Sensor -G39- with Oxygen Sensor Heater -Z19-
- Removing and installing. Refer to Heated Oxygen Sensor -G39- WITH Oxygen Sensor Heater -Z19- .
- Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor 1 -G235-
- 45 Nm
- Removing and installing. Refer to Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor 1 -G235-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Coat the thread with hot bolt paste.
- Differential Pressure Sensor -G505-
- Removing and installing. Refer to Differential Pressure Sensor -G505- .
- Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor 3 -G495-
- 45 Nm
- Removing and installing. Refer to Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor 3 -G495-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Coat the thread with hot bolt paste.
Vehicles with an Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) Catalytic Converter
- Nut
- Tightening specification: 2.5 Nm .
- NOx Sensor 2 -G687-
- Removing and installing. Refer to NOx Sensor Control Module 2 -J881- WITH NOx Sensor 2 -G687- .
- SCR Catalytic Converter
- Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor 4 -G648-
- 45 Nm
- Removing and installing. Refer to Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor 4 -G648-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Coat with hot bolt paste.
- Particulate Filter
- Pre-Catalytic Converter
- Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor 3 -G495-
- 45 Nm
- Removing and installing. Refer to Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor 3 -G495-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Coat the thread with hot bolt paste.
- Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor 2 -G448-
- 45 Nm
- Removing and installing. Refer to Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor 2 -G448-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Installed depending on the market.
- Coat the thread with hot bolt paste.
- NOx Sensor -G295-
- Removing and installing. Refer to NOx Sensor Control Module -J583- WITH NOx Sensor -G295- .
- Nut
- Tightening specification: 2.5 Nm .
- Heated Oxygen Sensor -G39- with Oxygen Sensor Heater -Z19-
- Removing and installing. Refer to HEATED OXYGEN SENSOR OVERVIEW .
- Turbocharger
- Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor 1 -G235-
- 45 Nm
- Removing and installing. Refer to Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor 1 -G235-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Coat the thread with hot bolt paste.
- Exhaust Pressure Sensor 1 -G450-
- Nut
- Tightening specification: 2.5 Nm .
- Pressure Line for Exhaust Pressure Sensor 1 -G450-
- 23 Nm
- Clip to the particulate filter
- Secure with standard production clamps.
- Particulate Sensor -G784-
- 50 Nm
- Installed depending on the market.
- Removing and installing. Refer to Particulate Sensor -G784-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Coat with hot bolt paste.
