Fuel Pressure Regulator Valve -N276-: Removing

-- Remove the engine cover. Refer to ENGINE COVER .
WARNING:
Danger of malfunction caused by dirt.
-- Clean and dry off the threaded area around the fuel pressure regulator valve with engine or brake cleaner.
NOTE:
Clean carefully, cleaner must not enter the connector.
Dirt must not get into the fuel rail boring.
-- Remove the fuel supply hose banjo bolt.
-- Disconnect the connector -arrow- from the Fuel Pressure Regulator Valve -N276-.
-- Counterhold fuel rail and loosen union nut on regulator valve. Then unscrew by hand.
-- Clean off dirt from fuel rail threading and sealing surfaces. Do not use mechanical tools.
NOTE:
Seal the hole in the fuel rail immediately with a plug to prevent dirt from entering.
