Differential Pressure Sensor -G505-: Installing

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2015 Audi Q7, 2014 Audi Q7, and 2013 Audi Q7. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

NOTE:

Clean out the hose on the Differential Pressure Sensor -G505- with compressed air and blow in the direction of the particulate filter in case they are blocked or iced over with condensation.

Check for secure fit and leaks.

If the particulate filter pressure lines were removed, tighten them to the tightening specification.

Secure all hose connections with hose clamps of the same type as those equipped by the factory .

NOTE:

An adaptation must be performed after replacing the Differential Pressure Sensor -G505- and/or particulate filter. Use a Vehicle Diagnostic Tester to do this.
