Fuel Pressure Regulator Valve -N276-, CHECKING

Special tools and workshop equipment required 

Procedure 

-- Remove the engine cover. Refer to ENGINE COVER .

WARNING:

Danger of malfunction caused by dirt.

-- Disconnect fuel return hose -3-.

-- Seal the return connection using Connection CableVAS 6551/5-2 and a clamp taken from Hose Clamps Up to 25 mm Diameter3094.

-- Connect the Connection Cable VAS 6551/5-3 to the fuel supply hose and hold it in a measuring container.

-- Start the engine and let it run in idle.

The Fuel Pressure Regulator Valve -N276- is faulty if the target values are not reached.
