1. Seat Cover
2. Clip
3. Cover Wire
4. Cushion

Procedure

Fig 2: Prying Cover -1- Away From Clip -2- To Remove Cover Wire -3-

-- Pry cover wire -3- out with a screwdriver from behind direction of -arrow A- out of clip -2-.

-- Do the same with all other clips.

-- Remove cover -1- from cushion -4-.

Installing 

Install in reverse order of removal.
