Overview - Exhaust Manifold

Nut
- 25 Nm
- Replace after removing
- Coat the thread with hot bolt paste. Refer to the Parts Information.
Exhaust Manifold
- Removing and installing. Refer to EXHAUST MANIFOLD, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Gasket
- Replace after removing
Gasket
- Replace after removing
Bolt
- 30 Nm +90° turn
- Replace after removing
- Coat the thread with hot bolt paste. Refer to the Parts Information.

NOTE:

Replace nuts.

Coat the nut thread with hot bolt paste. Refer to the Parts Information.

-- Tighten the nuts in three steps in the sequence -1 to 9- :

Step	Nuts	Tightening Specification
1.	-1 to 9-	Install all the way in by hand.
2.	-1 to 9-	15 Nm
3.	-1 to 9-	25 Nm
