Transmission identification

The "6-Speed automatic transmission 09E" is installed in the Audi A8 2004 → in conjunction with the V8, V10 and W12 engines. Allocation → Code letters, assembly allocation, ratios, equipment .

Location of code letters on transmission

Transmission code letters are located on data plate under transmission - A -.
Another type plate (identical to the first one) can be found on left side of the transmission, but is not accessible with transmission installed.
