1 - Intake manifold lower part
- Removing and installing → Intake manifold lower part, removing and installing
2 - 9 Nm
3 - Gasket
- Replace
4 - Fuel rail
- Removing and installing
5 - 9 Nm
6 - Oil seal
- Replace
7 - 22 Nm
8 - Intake manifold side part
- Left intake manifold side part, removing and installing → Left intake manifold side part, removing and installing
- Right intake manifold side part, removing and installing → Right intake manifold side part, removing and installing
9 - Gasket
- Replace
10 - 7 Nm plus 1 /2 turn (180°)
- Replace
- Starting from middle, tighten in stages and in diagonal sequence
11 - Intake manifold upper part
- Removing and installing → Intake manifold upper part, removing and installing
12 - Vacuum hose
- To fuel pressure regulator
13 - Vacuum hose
- To Evaporative Emission (EVAP) canister purge regulator valve 2 -N333-
14 - Vacuum hose
- To brake booster
15 - 9 Nm
16 - Throttle valve control module
- Cylinder bank 1 (right): Throttle valve control module -J338-
- Cylinder bank 2 (left): Throttle Valve Control Module 2 -J544-
17 - Gasket
- Replace
18 - Pressure regulator valve for crankshaft housing ventilation
- With oil separator
19 - 9 Nm
20 - O-ring
- Replace
- To install, moisten with fuel
- Do not use lubricants containing silicone
21 - Gasket
- Replace
- Press into cylinder head
