Remove engine cover - 1 - upward.

Remove clips - 1 -.
Remove bolt - 2 - and remove cover.

NOTE:

Note clips when installing - arrows -.

Remove hose - 1 -.

Disconnect hose - 1 -.
Unclip hose - 2 -.
Remove air intake tube - arrows -.

Disconnect electrical connector - 1 - from mass air flow (MAF) sensor.
Remove air filter box - arrows -.

Remove bolts - 1 - and - 2 -.
Remove pipe of crankshaft housing ventilation - arrows -.

Remove electrical harness connectors - 1 to 4 - from bracket at right of bulkhead.
Remove bracket from bulkhead.

Disconnect hoses for Secondary Air Injection (AIR) at positions indicated by - arrows -.
Remove bolts - 1 - and - 2 - and remove secondary air injection line.

Disconnect vacuum hose - arrow -.
Remove bolts - 1 - and - 2 - and remove combination valve.

Installing

Installation is in reverse order of removal, note the following:

NOTE:

Always replace gaskets and seals.
Secure all hose connections using hose clamps appropriate for the model type .

Install air filter → 24 MULTIPORT FUEL INJECTION (MFI) .
