Left exhaust manifold, removing and installing

Removing

NOTE:
  • Flex joint in front exhaust pipe must not be bent more than 10° , otherwise it may be damaged.

Installing 

NOTE:
  • Replace self-locking nuts.
  • Replace gaskets.
  • Replace sealing ring for guide tube for oil dipstick.

Torque specifications 

Bolted connections Torque specifications
Exhaust manifold to cylinder head 25 Nm
Oil dip stick guide tube to cylinder head 22 Nm
