2 - Oil baffle

3 - 14 Nm

• Bolt class 10.9

5 - Seal

• For crankshaft
• Removing and installing → Seal for crankshaft (ribbed belt side), replacing 

6 - Spray nozzle valve, 35 Nm

7 - O-ring

• Replace

8 - Sealing flange, front

• Removing and installing → Front sealing flange, removing and installing 

9 - Gasket

• Replace

10 - Thrust collar

• In case of signs of wear, pull off and turn, or replace → Seal for crankshaft (ribbed belt side), replacing 

11 - Gasket

• Replace

12 - Rear sealing flange with sealing ring

• Removing and installing → Rear sealing flange, removing and installing 

13 - Shim

• 3.4 mm thick

14 - Drive plate

• Removing and installing → Drive plate, removing and installing 

15 - Washer

• 1.5 mm thick

16 - 30 Nm plus an additional 90° (¹ /₄ turn)

17 - 10 Nm

18 - 14 Nm

19 - 10 Nm

• Fasten diagonally in steps

20 - Oil pan (lower section)

• Removing and installing → Lower part of oil pan, removing and installing
